Privacy notice
What happens to the details you give us on this site, in plain words.
Who is responsible
Konsil is a student project in the course Introduction to AI at the University of Bern, autumn semester 2026. The project team is responsible for the data described here. It is not a company.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, your role, your specialty if you give it, the languages you work in, whether you are open to a conversation, and the language of the page you signed up on.
If you ask for a pilot batch: your work email address, your company, and what you tell us you need reviewed.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
What we use it for
Only to contact you about Konsil: to tell you when the pilot starts, to ask for a conversation if you agreed to one, or to reply to your pilot request. We do not pass your details to anyone outside the project team and we do not sell them.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored in a Postgres database operated by Neon in Frankfurt, Germany. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both are US companies that process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until the project ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the project continues as a company, we will ask you again before keeping your details.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. This follows from the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
